I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, graduated from Kutztown University, and taught school in New Jersey. I also met my husband in New Jersey and that is how I ended up in Tampa. We moved here in 1979 on a wing and a prayer that we knew what we were doing. I decided to do something that could be fun, but more importantly, could be helpful to people.
