About:

Patricia (Tricia) Hendricks is one of the most active real estate agents in the market today. A Cape May resident since 1985, Tricia has gained extensive experience in various facets of Cape May real estate from investing, owning, and renting properties to exterior and interior remodeling/renovations and associated zoning issues. Appearing in multiple episodes of NBC40, “Real Estate Show,” Tricia is always comfortable discussing the market and sharing creative strategies that allow both Buyers and Sellers to achieve their goals. Although New Jersey was the only state that has not required continued education for licensees, Tricia has chosen to distinguish herself and her work with her buyers and sellers earning a variety of important designations. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of all REALTORs hold the designation), Accredited Buyer Representative, the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and the Graduate Realtor Institute designations. Of note, Tricia holds a New Jersey Broker license, the highest level New Jersey Real Estate license. Her commitment to continuing education is evidenced by Tricia's role as co-chair of the Cape May County Association of Realtors Education Committee.Distinguished among the top 6% New Jersey Realtors honored with the "Circle of Excellence" award, Patricia Gray Hendricks was chosen as Cape May County's "2011 Realtor of the Year" and for the second consecutive year the only Cape May Realtor named the "Five Star Professional" among New Jersey Realtors.
