Abstract:

The APPARATUS, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A LEAD EXCHANGE FACILITATING HUB (“HUB”) facilitates the generation, evaluation, and recording of information and activities related to property transactions and associated communications. In embodiments, the HUB may be configured to transaction and/or exchange of lead information, such as contact information, real estate site drives, market comparables, marketing ideas, and/or the like. The HUB may engender a tailored and efficient forum for coordinating transactions of lead information based on a centralized database of contacts and other lead information associated with and/or belonging to users. In one embodiment, users may submit lead requests comprising parameters and/or criteria based on which one or more queries may be performed on that database. Other users having leads matching the request may then be notified and may decide whether to share their lead information with the requesting user. In one implementation, users may include a bounty or other user-specified offer price with their lead request, which may be provided to a lead owner upon transfer of the requested lead information. In some implementations, users may submit lead quality rating scores and/or the like subsequent to receiving lead information, which may assist future requestors in selecting the lead providers with whom they wish to engage in transactions.

Abstract:

A method of assembling a paperboard package blank, a plastic hub and a substantially plastic recording medium includes the step of forming a sub-assembly of the package blank and the hub by mounting the hub on a first segment of a sheet from the rear thereof until the first segment of the sheet extends intermediate the back and intermediate flanges adjacent the hub central core and mounts the hub on the first segment of the sheet for movement therewith, with the hub central core front in front of the first segment of the sheet. Glue is then applied to the surface of the first segment of the sheet adjacent the hub back flange, and the first segment of the sheet and the hub are folded over an adjacent second segment of the sheet to form a panel and thereby trap the back flange within the panel intermediate the glued together first and second segments of the sheet. The recording medium is then mounted on the hub by inserting the hub central core front and the resilient detents on the hub from the rear through a central aperture of the recording medium.

Abstract:

A double-walled paperboard jacket for a compact disc and the like includes a front panel, a back panel, a front inner liner panel, a back inner liner panel, and a pair of glue flaps. One of the front panel ends is contiguous and folded relative to one of the back panel ends, the front inner liner panel is contiguous to and folded relative to the other end of the back panel. Each of the glue flaps is contiguous to and folded relative to a respective side of the front panel, and each of the glue flaps is glued to the back panel. The front, back and front inner liner panels are of generally the same configuration and dimensions, and the back inner liner panel and the pair of glue flaps are cooperatively configured and dimensioned to define a composite back inner liner panel of generally the same configuration and dimensions as the other panels.

Abstract:

A holder for a compact disc includes a tray adapted to releasably receive a compact disc thereon, and a base in telescopic relationship with the tray. The holder is movable from a spanning configuration wherein the base and tray are substantially untelescoped to a telescoped configuration wherein the base and tray are substantially overlying. The holder is used in an ecologically and economically desirable package which is switchable from an extended blank orientation, through an intermediate display orientation, to a collapsed home orientation. The package in the extended blank orientation has sections disposed in a common plane, in the collapsed home orientation has each of its sections substantially overlying with the holder disposed in the telescoped configuration, and in the intermediate display orientation has sections disposed in first and second planes with the holder disposed in an intermediate plane in the spanning configuration to preclude folding of the package into the collapsed home configuration prior to movement of the holder to the telescoped configuration.
