Packets of information may be received in accordance with a protocol stack having a first portion () that contains a control layer and a stream layer, and a second portion () that contains a physical layer and a MAC layer. The second portion also maintains a group of inbound packets and respectively associated error statuses. The first portion invokes an application programming interface (API ) to instruct the second portion to perform an action with respect to at least one of the inbound packets, which action is related to the error status associated with that packet.

Abstract:

Techniques for providing a credential of a secure data network to a computing device are described. In an example, a system stores an association between the computing device and a user account. The user account is also associated with a credential of the secure data network. The system receives a certificate of the computing device and determines the association between the computing device and the user account based on the certificate. Further, the system authenticates the computing device based on the association being determined to send to the computing device data, where this data is verified based on a private key of the system. The system receives a request of the computing device for the credential based on the data and sends the credential to the computing device.

Techniques for mitigating attacks on an application operating in a trusted execution environment of a computing device are provided. An example method according to these techniques includes monitoring performance of the trusted application operating in the trusted execution environment of the computing device, determining whether an undesired behavior of the trusted application has occurred more than or equal to a threshold number of times, and executing a delayed restart process for the trusted application.

Disclosed is a method for inheriting a non-secure thread context. In the method, a first secure monitor call associated with a first non-secure thread of a non-secure environment of a processing system is received. A first secure thread is created, in response to the first secure monitor call, that inherits a first interrupt state of the first non-secure thread.
