About:

Real Estate Profession. Began my career in Real Estate in TX, 1978 and obtained a Brokers License in 1981. Open my own firm in 1988 – 1994, offering Real Estate Services and Building & Remodeling Company. In 1995 moved to WA and obtained my Association Brokers License specializing in Bed & Breakfast/Inns, Small Hotels and Motels. I renewed my interest in Instruction in 2000 and obtained my Certificate from the state of Washington. My first instructing had been in Texas for both Spencer School of Real Estate and George Leonard School of Real Estate. In 2006 I moved to Colorado to be closer to my sons and grandchildren. My intent was to retire from Real Estate, but anyone who has been in the business knows that is easier said than done. In March of 2006 I received a call for an instructing position in Washington with a John L Scott office in Puyallup, WA. I began my commute between CO and WA. In 2006 I formed a PR School of Real Estate in WA and hope to expand my services in CO. Currently I am licensed in both Washington and Colorado and will continue my goal of helping people with their real estate needs as well as instructing/training the agents in our Real Estate Profession. In October, 2009 I was contacted by George Donahoe, to see if I would be interested in opening an office in Ocean Shores, WA and be the Designated Broker. In November we formed Donahoe Brokers, LLC. We opened our doors in January of 2010 and offer a unique concept in a Real Estate Office. At the same time I changed the name of the school to Real Estate School of Ocean Shores, LLC. We have a training room above the Office that allows for onsite training in a wonderful resort community. On January 9, 2012, I lost my friend George Donahoe, he was a great man that loved Ocean Shores, WA, he had many friends and collegues throughout the country. He will be missed by all family and friends. On February 1, 2012, a new company was formed in order to keep George's dream alive. Dawn Galeana and Myself have decided to carry on with his visions in mind. We have incorporated the Real Esate Office, Property Management, Vacation Rentals and the Real Estate School under one roof. We are now Ocean Shores Brokers Real Estate & Property Management; Ocean Shores Reservations and the Real Estate School of Ocean Shores.
