Program monitoring and evaluation: Provide guidance and oversight for achieving defined, measurable objectives for GACPs annual Action Plans, personnel performance/accountability and resource allocation; at Lincoln Park Zoo developed and implemented an outcome-based evaluation plan for high school interns which involved 160 students over four years; designed and implemented multi-day training program for interns; graduate coursework in training of trainers.
