A web-based system and method allows customers to remotely check-in to a wait list for a service from a business. A website is provided through which an address submitted by the customer can be received. Multiple locations of the business in the vicinity of the address and wait times for the service at each location can then be geographically displayed. A selection of a location at which to receive the service can be received and the customer can then be placed on a waiting list for the selected location. The multiple locations can be displayed on a map showing the relative proximity of the address and the locations. The wait times can be calculated using historical data related to the performance of the service at each location, such as the amount of time that employees at the location have taken to perform the service in the past.
System And Method For Internet-Based Customer Check-In
An internet-based system and method allows customers to remotely check-in to a wait list for a no-appointment first listed-first served business. A location associated with a customer is received and an interactive map displays multiple icons with each icon corresponding to a location of the business. A dynamically updated estimated wait time for the wait list at each business location is displayed. A customer selection of a location at which to receive a service from the business is received by a selection of the icon representing the business and the customer is added to the wait list at the location.
System And Method For Managing A Waiting List Using Internet-Based Customer Check-In
A system can provide for management of a waiting list of customers at a business location for services from a no-appointment, first listed-first served business. A waiting list can be displayed on a user interface that communicates with a processor. The processor can receive customer information from an internet-based customer check-in system through which customer's check-in to the waiting list at a location remote from the business location. The user interface can display the waiting list including information regarding both customers that check-in through the internet-based check-in system and customers that check in manually at the business location giving priority temporal waiting list priority based on a time of check-in for each customer, and can display a dynamically updated calculated estimated wait time for each customer on the waiting list.

Abstract:
An apparatus displays an arrangement of electronic data sorted by user preferences. The arrangement includes a plurality of electronic objects arranged in a plurality of rows on a graphical display. Each of the objects includes a sender field, a recipient field, a message field, and a time field. The plurality of rows are arranged in the graphical display such that each of the rows is associated with one of the electronic objects. At least one of the fields associated with each object is displayed in each row, and the rows are at least partially arranged by a frequency of communication between the sender and the recipient.
Small Molecules For Restoring Function To P53 Cancer Mutants
Embodiments of the present provide methods of inducing p53 SRMMP-dependent cancer cell cytotoxicity. Such methods involve the steps of exposing a cancer cell that comprises a p53 SRMMP to an amount of a chemical compound sufficient to induce p53 SRMMP-dependent cancer cell cytotoxicity. In one embodiment, the present invention provides a method of treating cancer by determining the presence of a p53 mutation, and administering a therapeutically effective dosage of a composition comprising one or more promoting compounds.
