Prior to entering into the world of real estate, Peter had a career in business management that spanned twenty-five years. He started out in public accounting, and after a few years he moved from the professional world into the business sector. As his career progressed from Controller to Treasurer and ultimately Chief Financial Officer, Peter honed his skills in negotiating, communication and education while dealing with and managing bankers, lawyers, buyers and sellers. His work helping troubled or distressed companies led to the negotiation of many complex contracts, often in stressful circumstances. All of these skills and experiences lend themselves readily to the process of assisting buyers and sellers of property. Peter moved from England to the U.S. in 1982, is married with two children and five grandchildren. When not helping clients with their real estate needs, he enjoys cooking, travel, and the sporting endeavors of his grandchildren. Peter has a BA degree from West London College and an MBA degree from Golden Gate University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Peter brings the highest level of integrity and work ethic to each and every client. He knows that real estate transactions can be very emotional for both the buyer and the seller and is perfectly equipped to do whatever is necessary to successfully close transactions as smoothly as possible.
