I have lived in the Atlanta Area for over 40 years. I moved here from the Tampa, Fla. area while in High School. I met my husband here 38 years ago and got married and had 3 children. I am now a Grand-Mother and am very much a family oriented agent. I love families and people in general. I quickly pick up on things people like or dislike in homes. I don't try to change their dreams about their perfect home but concentrate on their desires. The home buying process can be stressful and I try to make it as carefree as possible. There is a lot of information on line and in Real Estate courses that cannot teach you everything you need to know about this process. Every situation is different and you definitely need to represented on both sides of the process. The Listing side needs one agent to help the seller through negotiations, staging, pricing, contract issues, inspection issues and repairs. And the buyer needs someone to gently hold their hand and explain each step of the process with negotiations, repairs and inspections as well.
