Abstract:
A library stores individual component files of software distribution kits (SDKs) on a file storage server. When an SDK is to be added to the library, a file extractor copies component files from SDK volume master(s) and stores the copies in the library. The library includes a database to store information about the SDKs, such as how many SDK volumes are in each SDK and which component files are in each SDK volume. The database also stores the name and version of each SDK, thereby enabling a user to browse the library and select an SDK, or an individual SDK volume, for production. An SDK builder then creates the selected SDK volume(s). The SDK builder can “burn” CDs using, for example, a CD burner connected to the user's computer or a central, high-capacity robotic CD burner.

Abstract:
A system comprises a client, a plurality of remote resources, and a gateway. The gateway, on at least the basis of a user of the client or a user group to which the user is a member, selects a remote resource to be used by the client
Example implementations relate to a retail point of sale (RPOS) device and cloud service. An example system can include an RPOS agent controller and a cloud service controller communicatively coupled to one another. The cloud service controller can provide a notification of a state of the RPOS device.
Examples herein disclose erasing data from a target device based upon an authentication of an erase command. The examples receive an erase command during execution to boot strap information and authenticate the erase command. Upon the authentication of the erase command, the examples erase data from the target device prior to completion of execution of boot strap information.
