I have worked for over 25 years in the field of architecture. Project management, construction administration, mentoring and managing people, and public presentation, are my strongest skills. Client satisfaction is always number one, with project schedule and budget being of utmost importance. I have procured multiple types of contracts and purchase orders. I have designed and provided construction administration services for the build-out of entire school districts and airport facilities. I have evaluated and prioritized full facilities projects for retainer contracts, minor construction and capital construction. I am knowledgeable in the area of AIA contracts for construction; Owner / Contractor, Owner / Architect, ASI, PR, CCD, punch lists, close-out, etc. I have maintained thorough construction process documentation, evaluated and solicited bids for construction, done life-cycle / cost evaluations, had signature authority, and resolved issues effecting schedule delays, design clarification, and contract disputes. I have coordinated with facilities managers, state, federal, local agencies and others. I have written specifications for construction, including front boiler plates that include BOLI and other standards. I have presented projects to concerned groups of up to 300, including state and local review boards, national human rights groups, property neighbors, and labor forces. My record shows that I exceed in delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
