I have lived in the greater Pensacola area (Escambia and Santa Rosa counties) since 1997 and have been a realtor since 2004. I graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 1982 with a BA in art and business. Having been a military spouse since 1982, I have lived in Indiana, Maryland, Turkey, Idaho, Washington and Florida two times! Living in most regions of this country gives me a better perspective on what the markets may be like outside my current location in the Pensacola area. Being part of a military family for all those years also helps me to understand better what all is involved in a PCS move for today's military families. I pride myself on trying to live by the Golden Rule and am genuinely concerned about the situation of each and every buyer and seller I work with. Honesty and straightforwardness are the hallmarks of how I operate in my real estate business since I would hope that is what clients would expect of me.
