About:

I am a 54 year old seasoned realtor and a kid at heart. I have two adult sons and one adult daughter. I currently live in Madison, Alabama, and have lived here here for three years. I began my real estate career in Birmingham, Alabama in 1997 at Brigham, Williams, that later became Realty South. I obtained my Alabama Real Estate Brokers license in 2000. Most of my experience in sales has been onsite, new home construction. I obtained my Tennessee Real estate brokers license in 2006. I am currently licensed with Crye-Leike Realtors in Huntsville/Madison, Alabama. I am a designated buyers agent for the purchase and of new and resale residential real estate, as well as commercial and land. This includes building on a new home site. I also list and sell residential real estate as well as home sites and acreage. I have experience in assisting buyers with HUD foreclosed homes and the bidding process online. I suppose you could say that I have pretty much been around the real estate block. Being the oldest child of a military father, in the Army for 30 years, and also the fact I worked for Civil Service when I was in my early 20's, I adapt very well to the incoming active Military clients as well as the retired.
