After living all my life in Sinaloa state, Mexico, I moved to Mazatlán eight years ago, planning to develop a career in tourism after more than 15 years of experience in sales. Surprised with the beauty of Mazatlán, I fell in love at first sight…so I decided to start promoting this fascinating port by developing the website www.go2mazatlan.com, which is a part of one of the biggest tourist portals on the internet www.go2mexico.com, where after 4 years I had the largest group of advertising links outside the home group of Puerto Vallarta. This gave me the opportunity to establish relationships with the majority of the real estate offices in Mazatlán. During that period I made contact with Mr. Armando Rios, a 16 years real estate agent from Arizona and started the Carefree project, talking to every realtor in town and establishing the biggest Carefree partner´s list in México, which includes over 80 real estate agents, brokers and developers. Then we started full time to sell real estate after getting affiliated to AMPI, the only Real Estate Association in Mexico.
