Abstract:
A lighted insulated glazing assembly including a light source. In a first aspect of the invention, the light source is within the insulated glazing assembly; and power is routed from the light source through the spacer assembly to a battery or wired power source located outside the assembly. In a second aspect of the invention, the light source is outside of the insulated glazing assembly. In both aspects, various light manipulators can be included to manipulate the light in order to create a desired lighting or visual effect.

Abstract:
A self-contained, solar-powered light fixture for illuminating the exterior of a building door. The fixture includes a light source, a rechargeable battery, and a solar collector. The collector charges the battery when ambient light is relatively high (i.e. during the day), and the battery powers the light when ambient light is relatively low (i.e. during the night). The solar collector is removable from the fixture, enabling the solar collector be mounted in a location separate from the fixture.

Abstract:
A door/doorglass assembly including a door, a doorglass and a cap. The door defines a doorglass opening and a slot aligned with the opening. The slot extends through the top edge of the door. The doorglass can be slid into the door through the slot and into alignment with the doorglass opening. The cap is secured in the top edge of the door to enclose the doorglass within the door.
