  • US Patent:
    20070246385, Oct 25, 2007
  • Filed:
    Apr 25, 2006
  • Appl. No.:
    11/409744
  • Inventors:
Richard Kwiecienski - Homosassa FL, US
  • International Classification:
    A63B 55/00
  • US Classification:
    206315700
  • Abstract:
Reference: My U.S. Pat. No. 6,471,055 B1, LIGHT-IN-WEIGHT GOLF CLUB HOLDER, Patent document attached, is modified with an additional auxiliary device, namely, a spring loaded clip attached to top of Central Support Member of U.S. Pat. No. 6,471,055 B1, for the purpose of expanding the use of said Patent, to also be used as a GREENSIDEā„¢ golf bag supplement when riding carts are used. The also claimed spring loaded dip allows U.S. Pat. No. 6,471,055 to be securely fastened flush to a golf bag on a riding cart, thus functioning as a golf bag supplement. The spring loaded clip method of fastening a golf bag supplement to a golf bag differs from other golf bag supplements where a simple loose fitting hook over the top of the golf bag is used, which is a disadvantage described in more detail in BACKGROUND OF INVENTION: Description of the Prior Art.

  • US Patent:
    6471055, Oct 29, 2002
  • Filed:
    May 24, 2002
  • Appl. No.:
    10/063925
  • Inventors:
    Richard E. Kwiecienski - Homosassa FL 34446
  • International Classification:
    A63B 5504
  • US Classification:
    2063157, 2063152, 248 96, 211 702
  • Abstract:
A golf club carrier includes a central support that forms one of three legs that support the carrier when in use. The two other legs are provided by bending a flexible and resilient rod at its mid-point and pivotally interconnecting the rod at that mid-point to an upper end of the central support. Three point stability is provided when the legs are pivoted relative to the central support. A detent member mounted to the central support captures the legs to position them in a storage position. The inherent bias of the rod urges the legs to resume a divergent relation to one another when they are released from the detent member. A top ring and a cup are secured to a first side of the central support and support at least seven clubs. Auxiliary devices are mounted to a second side of the central support to avoid interference.
