75-year-old man accused of running sex operation for released inmates
Richard Rawles was arrested on charges of human trafficking for commercial sexual activity, human trafficking for labor and services and deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution. James Bernard King, 50, and Wilbert Shaver, 61, were arrested on the same charges.
