A system to provide an efficient, faster, and consistent slurry material application through utilizing a digital positioning receiver and micro controller as means for adjusting output flow rates and percentages of the individual materials within the slurry recipe. This slurry control system consists of a digital positioning receiver for means of sensing vehicle speed, a hydraulically motor controlling the aggregate and emulsion, an electronic liquid additive flow meter, an electronically controlled water flow meter, a dry additive hydraulic motor, an adjustable display, a dedicated prime mover and pump, and a programmed micro controller to proportionally control each material of the slurry recipe to accomplish each of their target output flow rates and percentages.
The object of the present invention is to provide a high volume, low cost, sealant spray control system for the asphalt industry, accomplished particularly through a self contained vehicle mounted spray system utilizing a digital positioning receiver consisting of a global positioning system (GPS) or horn radar as means for vehicle speed sensing, a motor RPM sensor and a program logic CAN micro controller as means for adjusting output flow of a material pump to achieve a target application spray rate of a spray bar.
The object of the present invention is to provide a spraying apparatus with an integrated filter, specifically to overcome the challenges of spraying asphalt sealant material. The present invention can be integrated within an asphalt sealant spray system and consists of a leak free large filter housing, multiple spray nozzles placed axially and pointing downwards towards the ground, a meshed filter that fits inside the filter housing, an actuator as means of on/off nozzle control, extension options for lengthening the spray pattern, a material inlet that will receive pressurized material from a pump the spray apparatus is integrated with, and housing end caps to provide easy access to the inside of the filter housing.
The object of the present invention is to provide means for instantaneous control, and to change the sealant pattern length when applying asphalt sealant material. This is accomplished through integrating controlled actuated wings into a squeegee design, with an additional rotary actuator for additional rotation control. The present invention consists of a base mounting frame with means of mounting the apparatus to road maintenance machinery, a main squeegee frame, a squeegee wing actuator arrangement, squeegee blades, means of attaching the squeegee blade to the apparatus, and a rotary actuator attached to the main frame for additional control.
