Abstract:

An air compressor includes a compressor pump, a first air tank and a second air tank. The first air tank is in fluid communication with the output of the compressor pump and the second tank. The air compressor can be operated with the second air tank physically connected to the first air tank, or with the second air tank removed from the first air tank.

Abstract:

An air compressor includes a compressor unit having a motor with a motor housing, a pump operably coupled to the motor and having a pump housing formed as a single piece with a portion of the motor housing, and a first tank fluidly connected to the pump to receive pressurized air from the pump when operated by the motor. The air compressor also includes a tank unit removably coupled to the compressor unit in a stacked arrangement. The tank unit includes a second tank fluidly connected to the pump to receive pressurized air from the pump when operated by the motor.

Abstract:

A wheelbarrow compressor is disclosed that includes a base and a first reservoir and a second reservoir having bottom portions located at opposite sides of the base. The base is located below an uppermost surface of the first and the second reservoirs. A handle assembly is attached with a first portion of at least one of the reservoirs and a wheel assembly is attached with a second portion of the at least one of the reservoirs. A pump and a motor are operatively connected with the reservoirs and are disposed on the base and between the reservoirs.

A portable air compressor includes an air tank for storing compressed air, the air tank having a generally flattened spherical shape defining a circumference lying in a plane oriented substantially perpendicular to a support surface in a resting position. The portable air compressor also includes compressor components in fluid communication with the air tank for providing compressed air to the air tank, the compressor components positioned adjacent to the air tank substantially on one side of the plane. At least one foot is coupled to the air tank and extends substantially parallel to the plane, the at least one foot for at least partially supporting the air compressor on the support surface such that the plane is oriented substantially perpendicular to the support surface. A handle extends from the air tank substantially parallel to the plane and in a direction generally opposite the at least one foot.

Abstract:

A wheelbarrow compressor has a resting position and a transport position. First and second reservoirs contain a compressed fluid, and the second reservoir is fluidly separate from the first reservoir. The second reservoir is positioned above the first reservoir in a generally vertical direction when the wheelbarrow compressor is in the resting position. A handle assembly is attached at a rear end of the wheelbarrow compressor, and a wheel assembly attached at a front end of the wheelbarrow compressor generally opposite the rear end. A pump is fluidly connected to the first and second reservoirs for providing the compressed fluid thereto, and a motor is operatively connected to the pump to drive the pump. The pump and motor are positioned adjacent the first and second reservoirs in a generally horizontal direction when the wheelbarrow compressor is in the resting position.
