I am a full time REALTOR® and Property Manager who currently resides in an “intown” neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. A native Chicagoan, I came to Atlanta in the 80’s to pursue degrees at Spelman College. I enjoy music, sports, theater, travel, food and all things REAL ESTATE! My pre-real estate work history includes serving time at major insurance & financial service providers. My love for people and community drives me to participate in various activities that involve mentoring youth and young adults, feeding the homeless, clothing drives, neighborhood cleanups, homebuilding, and fundraising. Many of my clients have donated and become active in community activities as well. As a REALTOR® I have worked a variety of transactions. My experience as a property manager and investor has allowed me to work with other investors and tenants too. As expected some of my tenants have gone on to become buyers themselves. I have worked with relocation buyers, 1st time buyers, experienced buyers and senior buyers. My favorite part of having a real estate business is selling residential homes! There is no greater feeling than helping a home seller transition, and allowing the new owner to enjoy the established home and community.
