Robert graduated from Fordham University where he earned dual degrees in both International Political Economy and in Psychology. Aside from what he learned in books, the most valuable lesson learned was the idea of constant and consistent self-betterment. His prior work experience is in market and consumer research for global industry leader Ipsos. While there, Robert worked closely with clients such as American Express, MasterCard, Bloomberg, and Capital One (among other financial services clients). The goal of these partnerships was to dive deep into the mindset of the client and discover the essence of their customer experience. In short, Robert knows the difference between good service and bad experience, between loyalty and dishonesty, value and fluff, and that a want can be a real necessity. Above all, Robert has taught his clients what they need to know in order to make important business decisions.
