Abstract:

A control motion hinge, comprising a first leaf hinge with three knuckles to secure a first pin, wherein the two outer knuckles have roller knuckles, a link having a two knuckles on a first end to interlock with the first leaf hinge and a single knuckle on a second end, a second leaf hinge with two knuckles to secure a second pin when interlocked with the second end of the link, wherein the two knuckles of the second leaf hinge have a roller path for engaging the roller of the first leaf hinge, wherein such rollers traverse the roller path, and thus softly closing the door reducing the sound of closure during the final approach of the door.

Abstract:

The present invention comprises a self-actuating blow forward firearm having a fixed breech block located to the rear of the firearm. A cartridge feeder provides a supply of cartridges to the loading area so that the firearm can be used as an automatic or semi-automatic weapon. The firearm also contains an outer receiver tube and a movable inner gun barrel which is biased toward the rear of the firearm by a spring disposed in a chamber between the receiver tube and the inner movable barrel. When the trigger mechanism is activated, the action of the bias spring causes the inner movable barrel to move backward toward the breech block striping a cartridge from the feeding device and forcing the end of the cartridge against the firing pin on the breech block. The bullet is fired down the bore of the inner movable barrel. The movement of the bullet along the bore of the inner movable barrel drags the barrel forward against the action of the bias spring.

Abstract:

An improved gas locked firearm using expanding gases to force a bullet through a barrel in which a portion of said gases are diverted through a gas port communicating with a gas locking chamber adjacent said barrel which chamber is formed between said barrel and an extension arm of the bolt or breech block extending forward therefrom a distance along the rear portion of the barrel and forming an elongated gas chamber between a shoulder on the rear of the barrel and a plate extending from said breech block extension in a manner to trap the expanding gases between said barrel shoulder and said plate to lock the breech block in a forward position while gas pressure exists in the barrel and provided with additional gas ports in the breech block extension and plate to vent remaining gases as the firearm action cycles.

Abstract:

There is disclosed a loading platform mounted cantileverally from a vertical spindle carried from a walkway, such mounting being by means of a horizontally extending pivot for rotation of such ramp from a lowered position extending over a loading station to an elevated retracted position adjacent the walkway. A locater is mounted on the swing post for selectively controlling ramp positioning to various angular locations. A ramp extension is slidably mounted for longitudinal extension from the ramp itself.
