Abstract:

Under the present invention, a work request is received on one of the systems put into an application queue that corresponds to a process needed to fulfill the work request. Thereafter, an index enque queue is attempted to be allocated to the work request. If no such queue can be allocated in a predetermined amount of time, the work request can be re-routed to another system. If, however, the index enque queue is allocated within the predetermined amount of time, information relating to the work request is stored in a base enque queue, and a working directory with an output subdirectory is created. Data from the work request is stored in the working directory, and the process needed to fulfill the work request is selected and launched. Results of the fulfillment are stored in the output subdirectory for subsequent transfer back to system that originally sent the work request.

Abstract:

In some embodiments, one or more user interfaces for facilitating personal payment transactions may be provided. In some embodiments, one or more first interfaces may be generated for a payer to effectuate a personal payment transaction. A location of a user device associated with the payer may be obtained. Based on the obtained location of the user device, one or more suggested payees for presentation on the first interfaces may be provided. An indication of a selected payee (from the suggested payees) may be obtained from the payer via the first interfaces. Options to fund a personal payment to the selected payee may be provided for presentation on the first interfaces. One or more options for routing the personal payment associated with the personal payment transaction may be provided to the payer via the first interfaces.

Abstract:

A paint sample sheet is provided in several sizes, from an eighteen-inch square to a panel two feet wide and eight feet long, with a peel-and-stick backing or adhesive strips. The user may peel off the backing, hang the sheet on the wall, and then place various items of decor next to it, to determine whether the color will look good with the existing decor, and under various lighting conditions. The nature of the adhesive strips enables the user to reposition the sheet on various walls. Packages of multiple sheets in an array of complementary colors may be provided together as a set.
