What's right is right. I have learned through my extensive travels that this country is small. Do the right things and concentrate on helping others achieve their goals and everything my family and I need will be taken care of. My education with Real Estate started at the dinner table as a child. I come from a long line of highly successful Real Estate professionals. My Grandparents, John & Lucy Locke, owned and operated their own Brokerage for many years in Situate, MA. called Lucy Locke Gallery of Homes. My Aunt Penny Locke currently sells Real Estate with Coldwell Banker in Situate, MA. and has been a consistent top producer for many years. My father, Stuart Locke is a successful Broker in the Bay Area since the late1960's. All of these family members especially my Father have helped mold my success with real estate. I have had my Real Estate license since 1992, shortly after receiving my Honorable Discharge in 1991 from the United States Navy as a Combat Medic with The United States Marines, First Battalion Ninth Marines, Camp Pendleton, CA. I originally started my career with Lyon & Associates and then moved to Prudential Real Estate until 1996. In 1996, I helped co-developed The Nehemiah Program. The nations largest Down Payment Assistance Program. As the National Trainer & Vice President of Sales, I was responsible for training the Real Estate industry (new home construction and residential re-sale) nationwide on how the program worked, sales techniques and marketing concepts. My largest public speaking venue in Las Vegas had over 400 real estate attendees. I hired, managed and trained a Nationwide sales team of 20+ outside reps who were responsible for their own territory supporting the corporate efforts of The Nehemiah Program. During my time with Nehemiah we helped over 350,000 individuals and families purchase houses all across The United States. I am very proud of my efforts and those of my former associates who helped so many people become homeowners. Today, I am back on the local real estate scene helping people buy and sell real estate. My diverse background and experience continues to help my clients solidify their real estate goals.
