About:

Robert Ragsdale offers his clients ten years of real estate experience. His primary focus has been in new home sales, and he’s served as a representative for Newmark Homes, Trendmaker and Imperial Homes. He was consistently a top producer and mentor to new sales professionals. He earned the designation of Certified Sales Professional from the National Association of Home Builders and each year was in the Million Dollar Circle for sales. His sales and residential construction experience appeals to both sellers and buyers. His favorite part of his job is helping people make a house a home. Robert has been a resident of Texas since 1989 when he transferred from the Tampa Bay area of Florida. His father was in the Coast Guard and spent most of his time near the water on all three coasts, so the Clear Lake area was a logical choice of places to settle. Robert is a graduate of the University of Texas, at Dallas, where he majored in Sociology and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Prior to becoming a real estate professional he was an advocate for neglected children. This caring nature and ability to listen has proven to be a benefit to him when helping clients with their home buying and selling needs. Robert has lived in the South Shore area of League City for ten years. He lives with his wife, Debbie, and is the stepfather of 3 adorable children, ages 2, 4 & 6. In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golf, scuba diving and has a passion for cooking.
