The beautiful beaches of Martin and St. Lucie County draw me for those rare chances to relax and unwind. The rest of my free time is spent following and enjoying the sports activities of my four grandchildren and traveling with my husband.
About:
Coming from New Jersey in 1977, my family and I located in the quaint riverside town of Jensen Beach, and have never left.
After working in Market Research in the Northeast for almost 10 yrs., I was ready for a change of pace, and decided to accept a position in the library of a small, private college, Fla. Institute of Technology, in Jensen Beach. My career as a Librarian lasted nine years, and was one of my most rewarding experiences. I had the chance to advance my career from Library Clerk to Head Librarian, and had the opportunity to work with a wonderful staff and student body in a small, close knit atmosphere.
In 1986, with a declining enrollment in the specialized fields of Marine Science, and Environmental Studies, the branch campus was forced to close, and I to find new employment.
I had held an inactive FL Real Estate license for a few years, and decided it was time to give it a try.
After all these years, It continues to be a career that is both challenging (with new technology and a market that goes up and down), and rewarding in being able to do something that is so helpful to others.
