Designer/Designer Technician/Designer II: Design responsibilities include landfill cell and closure plans, Hydrology calculations, drainage areas, subdivision layout, development plans, retaining walls, guard rails, grading plans, striping plans, traffic control plans, cross drainage including box culverts and pipes, storm water pollution prevention plans, waste removal plans, paving plans, sewer plans, water plans, storm drain plans, construction sequencing plans. Other services preformed are planning and environmental drafting, cost estimating, quantity take-offs, request for information (RFI), Traffic Reports under supervision of a Traffic Engineer, Design Concept Reports, and project meetings and coordination meetings with owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors, drafting of Structural Plans Concrete and Steel, Mechanical drawings, Overland Piping plans and details. Civil Engineering Technician: Responsibilities included the use of AutoCAD, project search, quantity take-offs, drafting of major roadways, sewer, water, cross sections, traffic control plans, grading and drainage plans, preparation of cost estimates, bid schedules, design concept reports. Survey experience includes utility survey, triangulation, pad layout, traverses, and drafting of ALTA/ASTM and Record Of Surveys. Architectural Technician: Responsibilities included the building layout, elevations, details and site plans. AutoCAD Supervisor/Cad Coordinator: Responsibilities included creating company drafting standards, training including lunch and learns and AutoCAD classes, developing new guidelines to make AutoCAD easier to understand and operate (creating programs and lisp routines), setting up computers for project use, maintaining plotters, log sheets and servicing.
