We had never bought a home before and had no idea how much we would need Robyn. I ended up in contact with Robyn Warren by chance. She was at the office I called about a house we were interested in. She took it upon herself to talk to me about the house and what she could do for me. She explained the need for her services and how happy she would be to help. From then on she took initiative to help us understand the process since we were first time home buyers and what our options were.We found our dream home. Robyn acted quickly to get an offer in. She did all the negotiating for us but kept us well in the loop. We ended up with an amazing deal on a home we love. Our situation was special as our home was on the border of being FHA approved. Robyn went above and beyond her duties to get her contractors involved to help get us great deals on improvements to get the home approved for an FHA loan. Every day through this whole process she sent us e-mails and called us to let us know what was happening every step of the way. If we had questions she didn't know the answers to, she would find out. Robyn was incredibly responsive, constantly on the ball and worked so hard. We would not have this house if it were not for Robyn. We credit a huge part of this to her. Even when we had trouble with our mortgage broker moving slowly Robyn was on him to keep moving so we didn't have to be. She did an amazing job. For any other real estate transaction we will deal with Robyn from here on out and no one else. Even now after the deal has closed Robyn is still helping us with the contractors and answering our questions.
