Abstract:

Dredged sediment or sludge dewatering by vacuum bag method preferably includes a foundation, at least one sediment enclosure, a porous media spacer, an air impermeable sheet, and a vacuum source. The foundation may be air permeable or impermeable. The sediment enclosure is filled with sediment or sludge. The porous media spacer is placed against at least one perimeter surface of the sediment enclosure. At least one drain tube may be used to drain water. The air impermeable sheet is placed over the at least one sediment enclosure and the porous media spacer and the perimeter is sealed to an impermeable foundation. A vacuum is applied to the porous media spacer to remove water. A second embodiment uses a second air impermeable sheet. A third embodiment uses a barge. A fourth embodiment discloses a composite vacuum bag.

A system and method for hanging a picture frame on a wall, comprising the steps of providing a picture frame with a hanger, for receiving a nail therein and a marking device temporarily secured to the picture frame and disposed near the void for receiving the nail; pressing the picture frame with the marking device protruding out from the picture frame, so that the marking device makes a perceivable mark on the wall, then removing the marking device; inserting a nail, screw or a length adjustable wall auger into the wall at the mark; and hanging the picture with the hanger so that the nail, screw or a length adjustable wall auger occupies some of the space earlier occupied by the marking device.

Abstract:

The present invention is a display support comprising a bracket that is attachable to a display and having at least one wing adjacent to a bracket channel. The bracket channel has at least two keyways. An optional sleeve is held within the channel and has keyways aligned with the keyways of the bracket channel to form aligned keyways. A support arm, held within the bracket channel, has a key that can be received in one of the keyways. Rotation of the support arm in the bracket channel is prevented when the key is received in one of the keyways and rotation of the support is permitted when the key is not received in one of the keyways.

Abstract:

The present invention is a display support comprising a bracket that is attachable to a display and having at least one wing adjacent to a bracket channel. The bracket channel has at least one keyway. A sleeve is held within the channel and has a keyway aligned with the keyway of the bracket channel to form an aligned keyway. A support arm, held within the sleeve, has a key that can be received in the aligned keyway. Rotation of the support arm in the sleeve is prevented when the key is received in the aligned keyway and rotation of the support is permitted when the key is not received in the aligned keyway.
