Rolando started as a Loan Officer in 1999 and took several training courses at Miami- Dade College. After a few years as a Loan officer he decided to start buying, selling & renting Real Estate with a partner as an investor in 2001. He took several training camps which consisted of Foreclosures, Pre-Foreclosures, Short Sales, Whole selling, Rehabbing, Property Management & Asset Management / Protection. He became very knowledgeable in Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosures and Vacant homes. He made several Acquisitions negotiating Per- Foreclosures with lenders and owners. After a year's he became the Office Manager for a Mortgage Company and also got licensed as a Real Estate Appraiser to really get a grasp on the Market.
