Mr. Webster is married and has three wonderful children. He is active in numerous local non-profit organizations including volunteering his time as a "partner" for the Oregon Parent Training and Information Center (OR-PTI), an organization that educates and supports parents, families and professionals in building partnerships that meet the needs of children and youth with the full range of disabilities. Aside from his life in Portland, Mr. Webster considers Japan a second home as he has lived and studied in Kobe and Tokyo over a period of three years.
