But if you have someone who just gives you good service but isn't good at sales, you're not going to get the best deals for your clients." She also thinks that experience plays a role in a successful real estate transaction. "You have to know the right peoople, make the right contacts, and you can't do that until you have some experience in the industry and the community."
Rosalie moved to Rockland 34 years ago with her husband David, to whom she has been married to for over 38 years. As proud as she is of her professional accomplishments in real estate, Rosalie takes far greater satisfaction in raising her two children. Rosalie's son Sam is an attorney in private practice in Manhattan and a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Her daughter Sherrie is an accomplished author of the books The Autobiography of Vivian (2002) and Vivian Lives (2003), among other writing projects.
