About:

Russell grew up learning about different places and people as a result of his father's chosen career as an Air Force Pilot. After completing two years of university work, Russell chose to enlist in the United States Navy and ulimately served for 14 continuous years as a Hospital Corpsman and later as a Surface Warfare Office. He advanced in rank from E-1 to Chief Petty Office during his first 8 years of service, completed his bachelors of science in Materials Management and Engineering at the University of Utah then was commissioned in the US Navy as an Ensign. He was honorably dischaged from the service in July 1991. Russell purchase a cleaning franchise in mid-1991 and later sold in Feb 1995. During this time he work as full time account manager and quality control inspector as well as completed his Masters of Education. Upon completion of his Masters of Education, Russell went to work for the Boston Public Schools as a job skills and Chemistry teacher for the next 10 years. During his time as a teacher, Russell obtained a professional real estate license and began working as a real estate agent on a part-time basis. Russell has increased in professional and market knowledge, building structures, client relationships, and more which bring him to a high level of expertise which many seek. His unique approach to doing business is refreshing in a world of so many transactional relationships. It seems many strive for quantity over quality. Russell prefers to establish long-term quality business relationships and is willing to sacrifice the large numbers. Russell believes home owners list their homes to sell their homes and it is better to provide an accurate marketing strategy in advance rather than to sell myself and my company to the home owner at the expense of accepting unrealistic market expectations.
