After graduating from California Poly State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management, Sam moved to the Monterey Peninsula, obtained his real estate license in 1979, and has been involved in real estate and the good life here ever since. Sam's hobbies include being a private pilot, winemaking, Scuba, African game drives, the occasional horse packing and wilderness hike, fly-fishing, tennis, and of course, the absolute must on the Monterey Peninsula, golf. He speaks Italian, French and Spanish, and loves traveling to countries where he can polish those language skills.
