Even our teachers - if theres one or two kids that dont try on the test because it doesnt affect them itll come back on the teachers and theyll get fired, so I think the tests may weigh too heavily on that.Teachers likely wouldn't get fired, but the scores will matter in teacher evaluations, which, over the years, determine if teachers stay or go. And all students aren't like Sam Shaffer. Some are not going to try on these tests.
