Abstract:

An ergonomic computer keyboard which integrates conventional keyboard features to form a Multi-Dexterous Keyboard (MDK) system designed to minimize Repetitive Stress Injuries. Specific emphasis is placed on the general and simultaneous utilization by either a single or dual handed, full or limited dexterity, and right and left oriented keyboard user. The ergonomic computer keyboard system is described as a solid and/or split contoured keyboard with centralized composite keys disposed thereon to reduce finger reach within one-hand span. Language characteristics are statistically extrapolated and arranged based on the most used letters or groups Of letters in the form of digraphs (coupled letters) and trigraphs (tripled letters, etc.) for efficient utilization of the keyboard via either a dual or single handed user. A special partition of the keyboard provides numerous ergonomic arrangements with simultaneous use as either a Left-Hand-Side (LHS) or Right-Hand-Side computer keyboard module.

Abstract:

A system comprising programmed instructions stored in memory and one or more processors configured to provide remote access to a client over a network to receive real estate space and budgeting estimate in real time through a graphical user interface (GUI). A plurality of test fit parameters are transmitted for display in the GUI for the client device to select. The selected test fit parameters are received wherein at least one comprises usable square footage. The selected property record of a property including property parameters is received. Leasing cost and construction cost estimates and a proposed layout are automatically generated including a determination of a headcount and numbers and types of office space based on the selected test fit parameters including the usable square footage and the selected property record. The generated leasing and construction cost estimates and proposed layout are transmitted for display.

Abstract:

Disclosed herein are methods and systems for presenting personas according to a common cross-client configuration. An embodiment takes the form of a method that includes extracting a persona from video frames being received from a video camera. The method also includes transmitting an outbound stream of persona data that includes the extracted persona. The method also includes receiving at least one inbound stream of persona data, where the at least one inbound stream of persona data includes one or more other personas. The method also includes presenting a full persona set of the extracted persona and the one or more other personas on a user interface according to a common cross-client persona configuration. The method also includes presenting one or more shared-content channels on the user interface according to a common cross-client shared-content-channel configuration.
