Philosophy:

As a therapist I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients. While I may come at therapy from a particular theory (cognitive behavioral, DBT, mindfulness or ACT being most commonly used approaches), you are the expert on you. An evaluation is done, suggestions made and together we determine the path to take for your specific issues. Some of the other things I work with are: humor, creativity, and homework.
