A roller is connected with the body, and a plurality of sensors is connected with the body. The plurality of sensors can acquire roller data and wellbore data. The roller data and wellbore data can be used to determine at least one of the velocity and position of the apparatus. The apparatus can also have an electronic module that is in communication with the plurality of of sensors.

As a therapist I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients. While I may come at therapy from a particular theory (cognitive behavioral, DBT, mindfulness or ACT being most commonly used approaches), you are the expert on you. An evaluation is done, suggestions made and together we determine the path to take for your specific issues. Some of the other things I work with are: humor, creativity, and homework. I also have my dog in the office most days and she helps many find comfort here.
