About:
Sarah Sumner’s clients are some of the happiest and most knowledgeable home buyers and sellers in the Fox Valley today. That’s because her first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how she can best help them. Instead of just waiting for her turn to talk, she actively listens. The insight she gains helps her to more accurately address their needs and desires. Next she gives them the information they need to move through the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. Sarah’s belief is that knowledge of today’s market leads to good decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone. Sarah also utilizes the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. A true “people person,” Sarah’s favorite part of being a REALTOR® is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many interesting people and help them realize their goals. She respects the fact that this isn’t like any other purchase – unless you’re an investor, your home is where you live and raise your family. Her sense of empathy for the emotion that goes into buying or selling a home could be the reason why so many of her former clients are her present friends. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from Saint Catherine University that has provided her with pertinent tools and an excellent background for helping people from all walks of life. Prior to obtaining her degree, she was an active full time Realtor® in Minnesota. Sarah and her family relocated to Appleton in the summer of 2011. Since moving to Wisconsin, Sarah has fallen in love with the people, real estate and general atmosphere of the Fox Cities. She is also a member of the RANW- Realtor® Association of Northeast Wisconsin, WAR- Wisconsin Association of Realtors®, and NAR- National Association of Realtors®. Sarah is an active member of the MLS- Multiple Listings Service. Sarah has been a volunteer for many organizations while living in Minnesota and has her heart set on finding non-profit organizations in Wisconsin (including Habitat for Humanity) that she can contribute to. Sarah is a warm and caring person who always has the best interest of others at heart, be it her family, her clients, or any person in need. She can’t wait to help make your real estate dreams come true. “Sweet Deals from a Sweet Realtor®”
