As an accomplished real estate broker with over 20 years experience, I have helped hundreds of people meet their real estate needs. I have the patience and experience to educate Buyers on market conditions and different neighborhoods that they may meet their specific requirements and price objectives. When marketing a property, I will create a detailed Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for Sellers so they have accurate information to evaluate and price their home. A complete marketing plan will be created including advertising, web exposure, flyers, direct mail, open houses, and other marketing tools as appropriate. Most transactions today require Purchase and Sale contracts over 20 pages long. Dozens of different forms and addendums are available to create a Purchase and Sale Agreement. I make sure the contracts are completed accurately and in the best interest of the parties I am representing. Once the contract is approved the real work begins. I coordinate and oversee the process with the other involved real estate agents, title representatives, Escrow Agents, Appraisers, Inspectors, etc. to make sure the transaction is completed and closed on time.
