Abstract:

A rotary particle separator for separating small particles from large particles is provided and includes an inclined rotary shaft having a first end and a second end. A particle bend is coupled to the elevated first end of the shaft. The particle bend has a bottom surface with a hole therethrough for gravity feed of material including the large particles and small particles from the bend along the shaft towards the second end. Annulae are spaced along the shaft with each of the annulae having a central aperture bounded by a ring that terminates in an annulae outer diameter. At least one paddle is interspersed between two adjacent annulae with at least one paddle positioned to rotate around the shaft. A screen mesh having a mesh size surrounds the annulae with a mesh size such that the small particles within the material are able to pass through the mesh and thereby leave larger particles preferentially segregated within the volume defined by the annulae spaced along the shaft. A large particle exhaust is provided proximal to the second end of the shaft after the particulate has traversed the annulae.

Abstract:

The present invention provides an apparatus and method for drying the interior of a flexible beverage container. The apparatus includes a housing having an inlet and outlet. A blower is disposed intermediate between the inlet and outlet and is operative to draw air through the housing via the inlet and outlet. An exhaust pipe is disposed at the outlet whereby the container may be disposed thereon for drying. The dryer is operative to blow air onto the farmost inner portions of the container to facilitate thorough and hygienic drying between uses.

Abstract:

A dispenser for the storage and distribution of roll material such as toilet paper is provided. The dispenser includes one or more mounting arms that are fixedly attached to a mounting surface. Rotatably attached to the mounting arms is a roll spindle that receives roll material for its distribution to a user. Positioned near the roll spindle is an access door that when opened reveals the interior of a chute that houses stored roll material such that a user is readily able to access this stored roll material to replace a previously finished roll.
