Interests:
I love working with clients to help them find the right place at the best price. When selling a home for my clients my goal is to get them the greatest exposure possible to obtain the highest price possible.
About:
More than anything else I have a strong commitment to my clients and guarantee you’ll enjoy the experience. SEE MORE AT: WWW.SCOTTPRATHER.COM I am the fourth generation of a distinguished real estate familiy. My great grand ather was instrumental in the design and development of Highland Park in Dallas, Texas, ironically the same designers of Highland Park also designed the layout of Beverly Hills where I now work. Over the past eighteen years I’ve been actively involved in the Los Angeles real estate & financial market, both as a residential developer and agent. Through the years I’ve developed a celebrity list of clients in film and music, as well as notable clients through investment banking. “Real estate transactions can be stressful, but it’s my goal to make sure my client’s needs are met and their interests protected.” Anyone can list your home, however it takes a knowledgeable professional to price, negotiate and market your home above everyone else. My extensive knowledge of real estate and understanding of people will give you the best representation and smoothest sale. Cheers, Scott Prather
Parametric measurement of first- and second-generation telecommunications equipment has been relatively straightforward. The evolution to more complex transmission schemes such as those proposed for third-generation (3G) telecommunications devices can employ the subject methods and apparatus and apply AM-PM test procedures to a multicarrier amplifier RF environment to properly characterize the parametric performance of these transmission systems, particularly those operating in a multicarrier environment.

Abstract:
A wireless communications apparatus comprises a monitor component that analyzes transmitter operating parameters of the wireless communications apparatus. A generator component generates an acoustic anti-phase burst based at least in part upon the analyzed transmitter operating parameters, wherein the acoustic anti-phase burst reduces effects of radio frequency interference received at a hearing aid.
Assessing Interference Environment For Wireless Communication Devices
Disclosed is a device and method to automate the process of measuring RF noise, correlating measured noise with known sources, and making adjustments to the noise-measuring and reporting process. A wireless communication device is coupled to equipment at a fixed location, and transmits data about the operation of the equipment back to an operator, via a provider's network. Examples include fixed wireless terminals. A management entity aboard the wireless communication device performs the measurements via a transceiver, and performs remedial actions when required, without requiring an onsite technician or remote assistance. The management entity may include a spectrum analyzer.

System And Method For Computer Noteboook Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis
A system and method for antenna analysis and electromagnetic compatibility testing in a wireless device utilizes a “parent” device that undergoes rigorous conventional testing. A “child” device having similar components may thereafter undergo abbreviated testing. Because the Total Isotropic Sensitivity of the parent device is known, testing may be performed on the child device to infer equivalence to the parent's TIS performance using the abbreviated test techniques.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are disclosed which relate to mitigating the detrimental effects of interference to electronic devices from mobile telephones utilizing any form of time-domain multiplexing technology. A wireless transmitter inside the mobile telephone broadcasts a warning transmission which can be received by affected devices. Once the warning transmission is received by an affected device, the device activates a blanking circuit comprising an actuator and a switch or switches. The switches open for the duration of the interference so that the user does not receive undesired output such as: noise through a speaker, noise through a microphone, or other interference with electrical signals.
Devices, systems, and methods are disclosed which relate to verifying an antenna via a transmitter. A logical interface coupled to a transmitter reads antenna specifications from a memory integrated with an antenna, and refuses transmission when the antenna attributes conflict with the requirements of the transmitter.

"If only they could see who we really are, our Midwest hospitality," said Scott Prather, a 24-year-old nursing student who was born and raised in the city. "Everyone talking badly about us needs to come visit."
