A young Dj known for having the taste of a real veteran when it comes to musical endeavors. "I like to surprise people with my musical knowledge & I grew up with the mentality that the learning process is never over,I plan on being a student for life" Kid Conrad has made his presence known by staying busy in the scene since he first was thrown in (march 2010) "I had been getting practice in on the slow nights at a hookah lounge i worked at in 2008,but i wasn't able to save up and get my own equipment until 2010, I had spent hours and hours on end practicing once obtaining my 1200's (and still do) I had owned my equipment for about a month before my birthday I had planned to celebrate with Dj Shift and DJ Stretch at Tabu inside the MGM,when Shift offered me a 1 hour slot" It was my first real club gig & the thrill of being on stage really dug in that night and I never looked back. Since that initial gig Conrad has been making moves,generating friends and fans everywhere he goes. Playing multiple venues on the strip so early on isn't new in Vegas,But playing records tastefully is something that Conrad takes an enormous amount of pride in. Conrad has accomplished many things in this short amount of time,playing at multiple clubs on and off the strip,Voodoo,Gold Lounge @ Aria,Rehab @ Hard Rock,Tabu @ MGM,Artisan,Cloud 9,De ja Vu Fusion after hours(formerly seamless) & The Vanguard to name a few as well as making multiple appearances on Las Vegas's premier all dance music radio station 94.5 Vegas Vibe and was featured on the M.E.R.C. Mix. Not to mention he has been playing in California with as well(Club Matinee & Toro Sushi) He has had the pleasure to work alongside many of Las Vegas's top notch Dj's like DJ Mikey Swift, DJ Shift,DJ Girl 6,Dj Mike Attack,DJ G-Minor & Justin Baule. He is currently one of the residents at the only weekly disco/funky house night in Las Vegas called K(2)Squared being held at The Vanguard Lounge. Conrad is already confirming gigs for the summer of 2012 Fresh off of his win at the Water Wars Battle which was held at Liquid Pool he is confirmed as the newest resident DJ on Liquids roster next summer! Producing just seemed like the natural next step in progress & even as a novice producer over the last year Conrad has released numerous tracks of his own and as well with Shelco Garcia as the duo Alpharock. The two are working on their second ep. It's been a busy journey so far and he is just as ambitious as the day he touched his first piece of vinyl & he has no plans of slowing down. Being able to rock many different styles(hip hop,indie rock/pop and all types of house music) Conrad is showing that he can not only keep up with the elite but also stand out in a major way.
