Description:
I just love real estate, I always have, and it is my passion. Discovering that perfect home, finding a beautiful location and building a great residence or finding that little jewel and restoring it to its original glory days is fun and rewarding for me. I love to help people do it. Getting licensed in Texas was challenging, especially when one takes the long road in order to really understand the fundamentals of Texas real estate. It was important for me to not only to get the principals but to fully comprehend the laws in this state in order to be the best equipped to handle the big multi million dollar deals, to the more manageable single family homes and estates for my clients. The really fun part is the great people I meet along the way. I joined Keller Williams Northwest as a Realtor because they are the best company to work for. Who wouldn't want to do business with a company that sells more houses, provides more buyer and seller resources, holds more open houses, writes more contracts and has more satisfied clients than all of the other real estate companies combined. I use my passion for real estate and customer service to assist sellers in marketing their property, selling it for the best price, and assisting buyers by helping them purchase property at the right price. Before I joined Keller Williams, My wife and I founded multiple successful start-ups and ventures in California, Arizona, and Nevada including a hospitality center in San Diego. As a family our real estate and property development experience is significant. With a structural and engineering mindset my vision and ability to create value and improve desirability are exceptional. My greatest pride comes in helping individuals find a place they can call "home". Please let me bring my business acumen, proven communication skills and unmatched effort to work for you. Please give me a call at (512-988-7827) or sending me an email to [email protected]
