BACKGROUND: Sharon Cook moved to Colorado from SoCal in 1972--raised in Loveland and has since lived/worked in a number of cities along Colorado's Front Range. Cook graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminstration/Management (1984) and was Captain of CSU's swim team (1981-82). In the late 80's, she renovated an historic building in downtown Loveland and opened The Peaks Cafe, a popular hangout for local sculptors. From there, Cook transitioned into the hospitality industry in Ft. Collins as Restaurant Manager for two renowned hotels, the Marriott and Hilton. She also worked in the media industry for 10 years, first in Marketing/Advertising at Interweave Press (Loveland, CO) and then as Conference Manager for the world's largest Natural Products tradeshows, produced by New Hope Natural Media (Boulder, CO). Cook obtained her real estate license in 2004 and started her own company, NoCo Realty, Inc. in 2008. Northern Colorado is the ideal place to raise her 11 year-old son, Dylan and to enjoy the unique quality of life this region has to offer.
