In the late 80's I worked for my father-in-law Joe Lucido at his company also named Lucido Real Estate. I learned early on that real estate is not just about buying and selling, it's an emotional process that should be handled with honesty and patience. Those who knew Joe will tell you "he told me like it was". In 1996 Joe closed Lucido Real Estate and opened Bay Mortgage Services, Inc. where I was the corporate officer for 16 years. Both family businesses gave me the opportunity to learn every phase of home-buying and selling. My dream was to own and operate my own business. Armed with the knowledge & experience I had from Joe and my own desire to be independent, I opened Lucido Real Estate as a new company. My daughter Amanda Lucido obtained her Real Estate license at the young age of 19 and is now working in the family business. We also hired Laurie Anzivino from Kingston, MA. Laurie's experience as an investment specialist brings excellent results to her buyers and sellers.
