around 10:25 this morning. About 10 girls eventually got involved, with a large number of students watching. Four boys were charged in the incident as well. The school was put on lockdown to restore calm, and allow police to locate the students involved, Principal Sharon Stratton wrote in her letter.

Teens arrested after fight at Anne Arundel High School
In an email sent to parents, school Principal Sharon Stratton says the fight began between two girls about 10:25 a.m. Friday. It escalated to involve about 10 girls and a large congregation of students.
