Abstract:An adjustable vehicle arm rest comprising a body; a spring-biased adjustable arm rest slidably engaging the body; and a flexible attachment portion coupled to the body and adapted to securely engage a vehicle door through tooth-like grips. Alternatively, covers can be adapted to removably fit over the arm rest or, the arm rest can be filled with a fluid for flexible padding.
