Born and educated in the United Kingdom, I immigrated to the US in 1991 with my husband and son. I have lived and worked in the Miami area since that time and so have vast knowledge of all areas of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Before taking up Real estate as a career, I was a co-owner in a small business with my husband, Leonard Pardon, a prolific artist who's speciality is faux painting, murals, trompe l'oeil, gilding and all other aspects of decorative art. The South Florida area has become "hot" again after the downturn in the market which affected other areas of the US on a more long term basis. New construction downtown and along the Biscayne Corridor are fuelling the condo market once again.
