My job as your Realtor is to sell your home as quickly as possible under the best possible terms and with the least inconvenience to you. I will explain the process of selling a home and familiarize you with the various activities, documents and procedures that you will experience throughout the transaction. Buying a home can be an intimidating process. It is probably the biggest investment you will make, with long-term financial ramifications. My job as a real estate professional is to guide you through the buying process and offer you information and advice so you can make informed decisions. A REALTOR� is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS� and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS� since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:Loyalty to clients;Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;Cooperation with competitors;Truthfulness in statements and advertising;and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS� have with their clients.
